    Natural or Twisted?
When we heed and keep the laws of nature, our body can heal itself, as is its natural way.

Thus, practitioners of these methods can become Self- sufficient in health.

Today the ever-growing contingent of health practices and products claiming to be natural stymies seekers of health have caused confusion and continued suffering, leading many to despair of the ways of natural healing.
The problem with some tactics dubbed as "natural" is as follows.
Picture
Natural--  by whose Definition?

In one highly touted infomercial a sort of guru- of- all trades peddles a book on natural cures and healing.
It includes nearly every pathway or so- called cure ever said to be an alternative to non- natural methods.
The approaches conflict, contradicting themselves and each other, and anyone attempting to undertake them all,
as well as becoming very sick indeed,  would take the rest of their life trying to keep up, be kept busy from morning to night.  Many of the recommendations were radically un-natural.

Calling a method natural or saying that it supports the body’s own healing doesn’t make it so. However, such mis-labeling does serve to elevate the methods used to greater credibility and acceptance. The truth is that truly natural methods are not as popular as those that offer the quicker, easier way. But beware....

The apparent results of so- called cures is often short or sometimes longer- lived, but must result in depletion and disease, often popping up in new areas of body function. All heroic so- called "cures", in the end, rely on the body's own inherent power; as such they deplete and often pervert that energy, and will inevitably, fail. Claims that certain herbs or even "natural" substances or treatments have curative power are in error.  In the end, such things do not support the body’s natural process and may cause damage to the system.

  Knowing  What is Natural
In a field littered with so- called "natural" cures and methods, how can one know nature's truth from man- made pretensions?
A simple test (though not infallible) is that any natural way of health should make sense and begin (as well as end. perhaps?) with something from or clearly seen in nature, without fancy alterations, processing or convoluted "scientific" thinking. Science is good as far as it goes, but for physical health it can't much beat what we see in the self- healing of the body.

Man- made imitations are imperfect copies-- can they fill the shoes of nature?   If nature is good enough to imitate, why not go with the real thing?

The answers to these concerns can be complex, and that is why  I suggest that it could be most important to have a guide to show the way. With that, the understanding becomes clear and obvious.

The means of health should never be exclusive information but
the medical mentality, without vote of the people, has taken over fields of health and human thinking in this area. We have become its loyal subjects, witting and unwitting, and its hold on us is mighty, powerful and pervasive.
Money and profiteering should have but little place in human health.
More should be known to the masses of the people, and methods besides drugging should be more accessible and encouraged.
Lucky's story includes her own health challenges--
     she writes--
"I have lived lived the lives of both health and disease as well, searching for years for cures. By luck, by suffering, or some Higher inspiration, I  happened on certain well- hidden truths. That I found them at all, and that I stuck with them, is cause for amazement and celebration. Having been pulled from the fire,
I now undertake the cause of helping others to achieve this freedom. It is no simple task to undo years of medical indoctrination and take the right actions for a vibrant life, but it is the best investment one can make!. .
