In personal & addiction recovery programs, resentment is known to be deadly, as something that must be dealt with positively to move on. I see it as cunning & powerful as any addiction and highly toxic. But I need to be convinced of that to let it go. I have seen anger consume people, but I cant convince anyone of that. They must find that truth in their own reflection, maybe writing, & more. If one looks truthfully, the pain of carrying anger must convince one of its toxicity and fruitlessness.

Spirit can give me that, I cant do it without help. ____________________________________ Resentment can be as a disease as powerful as any addiction and it can be just as toxic. i need to be convinced of that to be willing to take the powerful measures needed to be rid of my anger and its recounting. Reflection in the light of Spirit, truth and the recurrent pain may or may not convince me.
