Honest Hearts = Happy Hearts
The craving for qualities of virtue resides in all of us.
It may be buried deep, but it is there, and we pay a price when we ignore or underrate it. Yet working to increase these proclivities brings great satisfaction.
We are then, in essence, being who we truly are at core.
Calling to a Higher Ground --
Self- Esteem, Happiness and Virtue
are what the Higher Power truly wants for us, and what we truly want for ourselves as well.
Qualities of virtue gratify and bring good feelings to us. Your own core strengths and merits, more than other factors. foretell your happiness, well- being and longevity.*

"What gift," I ask, "is hidden here, what is here for me to learn?"
When I turn my mind to this, my burden lightens. I am busied with the work of Spirit,
developing virtues of the soul, the fruits that grace this life.
