       * A score from 1‐ 10 says you’re in good shape! You appear to have a pretty healthy handle on your stress levels and stress is likely not affecting your health in a significant way.
       * A score of 10 ‐ 24 reflects that you're doing OK, that you're in it to win it and are dealing with your stress.
       * A score of 24 to 34 indicates that you may be experiencing some stress-related health effects. While they may not be serious, it’s important to a remain healthy and maintain a healthy lifestyle to minimize distress, because lapses over time can lead to more serious problems.
    ​   * A score of 34- 40 puts you in the danger zone. Watch out-- You may be at a higher risk of health problems or experiencing them already due to your elevated stress levels.
     If you're frequently stressed out, take steps to reduce life stressors now. That begins with a more relaxed body and amind that isn't set to over- react. You can take steps to relax and reduce your reactiveness. Everyone, you especially, needs to manage stressors more directly to protect their health. You may want to consider seeing a coach or counselor for other ways to manage stress.&/or talk to your healthcare provider to learn better ways to manage.
